XForms script description:

XForms is a ASP.NET script for Forms and Controls scripts design by emagiC. It runs on following operating system: Windows.
XForms defines the structure of the data you wish to enter.

Publisher review:
XForms defines the structure of the data you wish to enter. Information can be either structured or unstructured: - Structured data is information that complies with a given definition, where each element of the data can be identified. There are typically more than one item that applies to this definition. - Unstructured content does not comply with a definition and is usually unique. Unstructured content is typically added through the editor or the textarea modules, where you have all layout freedom without limitations. A separate module was developed to deal with structured content based on the Xforms standard. Hence the name of the module. This new W3C XML standard defines the structure of the data you wish to enter. The procedure to work with structured content goes as follows: - The structure of the data is defined. Suppose you want to manage books, then you have to define what data should be entered for each book, like a title, the author or the ISBN number. The definition also tells which fields are mandatory and can verify the data entry (e.g. minimum length is 5 characters). You can create as many definitions as needed. - Once the structure has been defined, the site administrators can enter data according to this definition. The Xforms module automatically derives an input form for the administration from the definition, e.g. a form to enter the details of a book. All structured content items are stored in a tree structure of categories. Besides, the categories themselves are also structured content types. - The site visitor can browse through the categories and the items that were entered. He can also go to the details of one item. - Relations can be defined between two items. E.g. you can put a relation between two books from the same author. On the site, this relation can then be used to show the related items when looking at the details of a book. If somebody looks at one book, he might also be interested in other books of this writer.
